EHF Beach Handball Champions Cup 2026 schedule confirmed

The playing schedule and court plan for the group matches, as well as the court plan for the main round, consolation round and knockout rounds, is now available.

Action starts at 11:00 CEST on Thursday 15 October with the first men's matches. 2025 champions Nazaré BHT take on Hiekka Hauskaa in group A on court 1, and 12 Monkeys Köln play Alba Fehérvár in group B on court 2.

The women's games begin at 13:15 CEST. Defending champions CBMP Ciudad de Málaga play Tempo Donna Mamma on court 1, court 2 sees C. BM. Getasur SF up against 2025 runners-up GRD Leça - Love Tiles, and The Danish Beach Handball Dream meet Copaca - Bâlerina on court 3.

All three courts will have action on all four days of the tournament. The group matches will take up the first day and a half, followed by main and consolation round games on the afternoon of Friday 16 and the morning of Saturday 17 October.

Knockout rounds start with the quarter-finals at 17:00 CEST on 17 October, played on courts 1 and 2.

Courts 1 and 2 will also host the semi-finals simultaneously on Sunday 18 October — the men playing at 10:00 CEST followed by the women's semi-finals at 10:45 CEST. From 13:00 CEST on the final day matches will be played exclusively on court 1 at one-hour intervals, culminating in the men's final at 16:00 CEST and the women's final at 17:00 CEST.

From the four groups of four teams in the preliminary round, the top three will progress to the main round — two groups of six teams — while the bottom-ranked teams play a consolation round to determine places 13 to 16.

The top four teams in each of the two main round groups progress to the knockout quarter-finals, with the winners playing the semi-finals to determine the finalists. Placement and cross-matches determine placings 5 to 12.
