The goal of the Conference is to bring professional and scientific experts together, reflecting on various aspects to bridge the gap between science and practice, in terms of a sustainable environment (such as health science-, training science-, technology support). The interest in sport shall be initiated at a very young age and it does not necessarily need to end with an older age but rolling as such as the “Circle of a Handball Life”. Diverse skillsets and ways of thinking of the cognitive diversity are needed to navigate the modern sporting landscape and is imperative to create an environment where anybody can have a voice on any topic.
